These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products on the website www.planet-chef.com. The use of this web site and the purchase of products on www.planet-chef.com are based on the assumption that these General Terms and Conditions of Sale have been read, understood and accepted by the Customer.

The contract between the Customer and Planet Chef concludes with the acceptance, even partial, by Planet Chef, who reserves the right to refuse the order. The acceptance is automatic, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer. By placing an order, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to accept the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The Customer is not entitled to compensation after the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.
In order to buy, there is a minimum purchase of 150.00 €.
The Customer can buy the products on the Planet Chef website, www.planet-chef.com, as described in their respective data sheets. Technical information included in www.planet-chef.com faithfully reproduce those of the manufacturers. Therefore Planet Chef reserves the right to change the technical information of products to match those provided by the manufacturers without any prior notice. The picture accompanying the product may not be fully representative of its features and differ in color, size and accessories.
The correct creation of the order is confirmed by Planet Chef by an e-mail sent to the address supplied by the Customer. The e-mail contains the details of the Customer and of the order, the price of the goods, the cost of transport and the shipping address. The Customer has to verify these information and communicate any corrections.
Even after sending the confirmation e-mail, Planet Chef may not process purchases when there are not sufficient guarantees of solvency, when orders are incomplete or incorrect, or when the products are no longer available. In the above cases, Planet Chef shall promptly inform the Customer by e-mail that the contract has not been executed, specifying the reasons thereof, in any case within 30 days from the order creation.
In case of partial unavailability of the goods, the Customer will be promptly informed and can decide whether to accept the partial delivery of available products or to cancel the order.
If the price has been paid for items that are no longer available, Planet Chef will refund the amount as soon as possible.
All prices are subject to change on Planet Chef at any time and without notice. The quotes made by email are valid for 30 days from the date of submission of the offer, unless specifically indicated.
For payment the Customer can choose between credit card (via PayPal), PayPal and bank transfer in advance.
In case of bank transfer, the order approval takes place only with the actual transfer of money to the account indicated below, which must take place within 10 working days from the creation of the order, after which the order is automatically canceled.
The reason of payment must include the order number, which is communicated in the confirmation e-mail.

Planet Chef can accept orders with delivery in Italy and abroad.
For every order placed on www.planet-chef.com, Planet Chef will issue an invoice, which will be referred to the information provided by the Customer during the purchase process. No change will be possible later.
Shipping cost varies depending on weight and destination, and it is automatically calculated during the purchase.
Shipping times vary depending on the destination country. Average delivery time is 15 - 25 business days (from the payment). Business days are considered Mon-Fri, weekends are not considered business days. These delivery times are approximate and may vary due to force majeure or traffic and road conditions or by the Authority. No responsibility can be attributed to Planet Chef in case of delay in delivery.
Country's import and customs laws vary, so the Customer will have to check with the local customs office before ordering to make sure he/she will be able to import the goods.
If a country is not listed among the available shipping options, it may depend on various factors (it takes special agreement with the couriers, some products may be shipped only after verification, ...). Please contact us at info@planet-chef.com and we will send you a custom quote with costs and delivery times.
At delivery by the courier, the Customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated on the invoice and that the packaging is not damaged or altered. Any external damage or mismatch in the number of packages shall be immediately reported to the carrier making the delivery. It 'also required the reporting at Planet Chef, by timely notice at info@planet-chef.com.
Once the delivery is accepted, the Customer can not oppose objection on the external characteristic of the delivered.
While the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within 8 days from delivery. Any damages or hidden defects must be reported by registered mail with return receipt to the carrier whose address is explained in the accompanying document.
The Customer also need to open a case of a fault at Planet Chef, through immediate communication at info@planet-chef.com.
Each alert over these terms will not be taken into account. The Customer assumes full responsibility for each statement.
The products sold by Planet Chef are covered by a conventional warranty of 12 months. This covers any conformity defects of the product.
In the event of a lack of conformity, Planet Chef will provide, at no cost to the Customer, to send only the spare parts needed to restore the conformity of the product. The costs of labor eventually incurred to restore the product will remain fully charged to the customer.
In the case of warranty replacement, the Customer is required to send the defective product to the Seller’s operating office at his own expense, transmitting it to Planet Chef.
The goods under warranty must be returned by the customer in the original packaging properly sealed, complete in all its parts. The Customer is required to keep the original packaging and all additional documentation of the products purchased until the expiry of the warranty terms of the product.
No damage can be asked to Planet Chef for any delays in carrying out repairs or replacements. If the deficiency reported does not result in a lack of conformity pursuant to art. 129 d. Decree 206/2005, the customer will be charged the costs of verification, restoration and transport, if supported by Planet Chef.
Planet Chef assumes no responsibility in case of incorrect installation or improper use of the products.
The direct or indirect damages caused by errors or discrepancies in the installation or incorrect use of the machine, damage from hard or ferruginous waters, by negligence or inability of the user, by uneven tensions in the power lines, by insufficient pressure or impurities are not guaranteed. in water or gas systems, from the malfunctioning of the suction systems, or due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure or intervention by an unauthorized third party.
The warranty does not cover components subject to wear, such as, but not limited to, gaskets, lamps, glasses, knobs.
