PIDUE sheeter

PIDUE is an automatic dough sheeter with single or double mixing tank for the production of dough with a width of 168 mm and a thickness of 2.5 mm.
PIDUE with extruder is an automatic double tank sheeter with the upper tank complete with extruder head which produces any type of pasta by only replacing the die (bronze dies are available to obtain a rougher pasta and PTFE dies for a more glossy and transparent pasta).
PIDUE has the external structure in anodized aluminum and the parts in contact with the dough in stainless steel, safety button and power light; complies with current accident prevention regulations.
Accessories:

• Cutter
  The automatic cutter produces long pasta in different shapes by inserting special drawer cuts. The cut in length is adjustable by means of a timer. Available formats: mm 2, 4, 6, 8, 12, 24 and scalloped cuts.
• Ravioli Group
  It allows you to prepare perfect ribbon ravioli, of different cuts and formats with soft fillings of vegetables, cheese, meat or mixed.
• Gnocchi Group
  To produce potato or flour gnocchi in different formats, even with added components such as tomatoes or spinach.

The attachment of the accessories is simple and practical. Some groups can also be used on other machines of our production.
