CILINDRO sheeter

The 420 mm CYLINDER (roller width) is suitable for sheeting pasta and pizza dough by depositing it directly into the pan.
The CILINDRO 170 mm and the CILINDRO 340 mm (roller width) are fast and practical machines, suitable for sheeting pasta in different thicknesses, even very thin.
The CYLINDERS are also available with a mixing bowl.
All the machines have the external structure in anodized aluminum and the parts in contact with the pasta in steel stainless steel; they include a safety button, power light and comply with current accident prevention regulations.
Accessories

• Tagliatelle Group
  The tagliatelle group produces long pasta in three different formats: tagliolini (2 mm), tagliatelle (6 mm) and pappardelle (12 mm). Available, upon request, special size cuts (1,5-4-8-24 mm) and scalloped cuts (12-18-24 mm).
• Ravioli Group
  It allows you to prepare perfect ravioli in different shapes and with soft fillings of vegetables, cheese, meat or mixed, using a 170 mm wide sheet.
• Press group
  Make any type of extruded pasta by only replacing the die (bronze dies are available to obtain a rougher pasta and PTFE dies for a more glossy and transparent pasta). Complete with rotary cutter knife for short pasta.
• Gnocchi Group
  To produce potato or flour gnocchi in different formats, even with added components such as tomatoes or spinach. (It cannot be combined with CILINDRO 340 and CILINDRO 420 with mixing tank.)

The attachment of the accessories is simple and practical. Some groups can also be used on other machines of our production.
