Professional automatic dough sheeter for the production of 16 cm thick pasta sheets with a thickness of 5/6 mm with a large 22 kg dough bowl with removable shaft-blades, shutter and independent motorisation. The laminating unit of the sheeter consists of 3 pairs of stainless steel rollers with special pro les mounted on four shoulders. The rollers are mounted on maintenance- and lubrication-free bearings. The mechanical parts are spaced 20 mm from the internal polyethylene shoulders in contact with the dough, allowing to eliminate the possibility of humidity infiltration into the bearings and the contamination of the laminated dough from any type of impurity, also facilitating cleaning. The adequate size of the calibrators allows a professional lamination without any kind of stress, avoids heating of the dough and guarantees a sheet with the ideal organoleptic qualities. Cleaning operations are facilitated by the possibility of removing the shaft with blades from the mixing bowl. The motorized belt allows you to automatically roll up the sheet and set the size of the pasta roll.
