Be90 Ravioli Machine Features
It uses two fresh pasta sheet rolls, which can be produced with our entire line of machines. On request AV90 automatic sheet wrapper to form the rolls to be used later in the ravioli machine. The ideal machine to complement the BE90 is the PM80 for speed, compactness and ease of use.
A wide range of molds makes it possible to produce: Ravioli 35×35 – Ravioli 50×40 – Ravioli 60×70 – Ravioli mezzaluna – Ravioli ø 60 – Ravioli ø 35 – Ravioli ▲70×70.
