Pasta machine P3

P3 is an automatic and very reliable machine, suitable for working with any kind of flour and durum wheat. It is suitable for long and short pasta shapes production which can be obtained by simply changing the extruding die.

The operation of these machine is simple and efficient. It is suitable for small restaurants, pizzerias and delicatessen.

P3 is made of anodized aluminium in its external structure and the parts that are in contact with pasta are made of stainless steel. It is equipped with a control panel and it respects all accident prevention regulations in force.

DIES

Several dies are available to produce all kinds of long and short pasta shapes, in addition to pasta sheet.
Dies are manufactured completely in bronze to obtain a pasta with a rough surface, or in PTFE to get a smoother and more transparent pasta.
