The MULTIPASTA Group is a multifunctional accessory, suitable for producing double sheet ravioli and tagliatelle with interchangeable moulds, as well as potato gnocchi in various formats. Equipped with filling adjustment system for ravioli and pasta sheet thickness adjustment for tagliatelle. The MULTIPASTA Group is applicable to the PNUOVA, PIDUE, P6 and P1 machines.

ACCESSORIES
Cutter
The automatic cutter produces long pasta in different shapes by inserting special drawer cuts. The cut in length is adjustable by means of a timer. Available formats: 2, 4, 6, 8, 12, 24 mm and scalloped cuts.
Gnocchi Group
To produce potato or flour gnocchi in different formats, even with added components such as tomatoes or spinach.
