Little table press designed to satisfy the needs of restaurants, pizza shops, deli shops, agritourism farms and snack bars demanding high quality pasta. The new D35 2.0 pasta machine is equipped with a safety system, thanks to the latest generation card, automatically reverses the rotation for 15 seconds and stops the machine in case of an inconsistent dough. This “smart system” makes it possible to safeguard the machine. Furthermore, it has been equipped with a new grid for easier introduction of liquids. The D35 2.0 press is supplied with an electronic cutting system, higher speed and a fast plug. Last but not least the D35 2.0 can be combined with the RM17 semi-automatic ravioli machine.
