Imperia Restaurant manual

Machine to obtain different sheet thicknesses - chromed steel structure - stainless steel rollers - manual operation.
Available in two versions: with smooth rollers, for a smoother and more homogeneous pasta sheet, or with rough rollers, to obtain pasta sheet with a rustic texture, ideal for better adhesion of the sauce, improving the flavor and experience of your homemade pasta dishes.
The stainless steel rollers are moved by a long lever crank which guarantees a regular and geared movement, reducing processing effort to a minimum.
