Gnocchi machine GN2

Built to produce potatoes gnocchi or with preparation, the machine is provided with gnocchi size regulator and lining device. Product comes floured automatically. Parts in contact with dough made in food-grade material offering a full warranty against corrosion and completely removable to ease a fine and fast cleaning. Forming group substitution allows to change the shape in few seconds and to produce gnocchi of different sizes. Mounted on wheels.
