Molded working top made of AISI 304 with 2mm thickness and rounded corner for easy cleaning. Front, sides and backside made of stainless steel. Stainless steel frame with height adjustable legs made of AISI 304. Table finishing with laser cut in order to guarantee a perfect combination between different tables; they can be very well fasted. Cold molded AISI 316 tanks with rounded edges. Skimming and draining starch through a drain spout and a frontal perforated surface. Heavy-duty handles in oval form made of AISI 304. Heating obtained through optimized flame burners provided with safety gas cock through a thermocouple and protected pilot flame. Water filling cock positioned on the front panel. The tank drainage system is situated inside the machine to prevent accidental opening and the draining fitting is made entirely of stainless steel AISI 316. Powerfull burners with high heat recovery capacity the temperatur when putting food in the tank. Control with safety valve and thermocouple and pilot flame. Athermic thermoset knobs with functional screen printing on the boards. Tested with natural gas or LPG.
