45 cm diameter moulder - PF45

The Pizza Group moulder is the ideal machine for forming discs of pizza dough from 33 to 45 cm in diameter. They are easy-to-use appliances even for unskilled operators, with a steel structure, equipped with all the safety devices required by the CE and RoHS standards. These machines all come with a gear motor, cam, stop timer, and platters. The plates: – being made of Teflon-coated aluminum they have quick heating times which, together with the reduction of the set temperature from 150/170°C to 130°C thanks to a special treatment of their surface, allow for significant energy savings; – with this same treatment they make the pizza disc slide easily; – due to the reduced temperature they maintain a high quality of the pasta; – due to their particular shape, they allow you to obtain pasta discs with the traditional edge. The distance between the discs goes from 105 mm for the small ones (PF33) to 115 mm for the big ones (PF40-45). The pressing time (from 0.1 to 1.5 sec) and the temperature (150°C-170°C) vary according to the temperature of the mix (recommended between 6°C and 20°C). The thickness of the pasta can be easily adjusted by turning the handle located under the lower plate. If you remove the protective grille, make sure you reassemble it correctly for good machine operation, otherwise it may not restart. Upon request, the machines can be produced with a 230V/50Hz power supply and by means of an inverter, always work with a three-phase motor. The grill can be dismantled to simplify and speed up the cleaning of the dishes once they are cold.
