Mixer with fork tool that allows the working of the hardest doughs allowing an excellent oxygenation and avoiding the heating of the dough. Painted steel body – bowl, fork and lid in AISI 304 stainless steel – mechanical timer – low voltage controls. The protection of the half-grilled tank allows the addition of the ingredients also in progress.
