Tank provided with a pressure switch, which enables the variation of the heat output from maximum to minimum in four positions. Manually-reactivating safety thermostat. Moulded AISI 316 stainless steel tanks with rounded edges resistant to salty water and starch. Skimming and draining starch through a drain spout and a frontal perforated surface. Overflow area provided. Moulded work surface and tanks for easy cleaning. Standard equipped with stainless steel perforated bottoms. Height-adjustable stainless steel legs. Accessories available on demand.
