Stainless steel structure. Double-walled, moulded internal oven door and sturdy handles. Thermosetting plastic knobs. Heating obtained by single or double crown stabilized flame burners with different power levels. Each burner is equipped with a safety gas tap that allows you to adjust the power from maximum to minimum. Safety guaranteed by a thermocouple kept active by the pilot burner flame. Top grids and burners in RAAF matt enamelled cast iron resistant to alkalis, acids and fire. Top grids positioned on a moulded basin with rounded edges to ensure ease of cleaning and protect against liquid overflow. Moulded trays with rounded edges in stainless steel placed under the burners and easily removable for cleaning. Electric fan oven 1/1 GN and compartment with door. Removable oven grid in stainless steel rod covered with a layer of protective material. Oven base in cast iron and reinforced by a series of ribs. Insulation of the cooking chamber and oven door guaranteed by a layer of ceramic fiber resistant to high temperatures. Height-adjustable stainless steel feet. Tested with methane gas or LPG depending on the user's needs.
