Stainless steel structure. Double-walled, moulded oven door and sturdy handle. Thermosetting plastic knobs. Heating obtained by means of radiant square cast iron electric plates. Each plate has three heating elements, embedded in a layer of insulating material. Each plate is equipped with a switch that allows you to adjust the power from maximum to minimum in seven positions. Safety guaranteed by a temperature limiter located inside the plate. Moulded worktop to ensure ease of cleaning and protect the electrical components from liquid overflow.
