The C1 models are automatic machines for the production of crêpes, round and rectangular, with different ingredients: sweet, savoury, with wholemeal flour, etc. The round crêpe machine is available in two versions Ø 195 mm and Ø 320 mm. The rectangular crêpe machine produces a strip of 160 mm and 200 mm width, length adjustable by timer (minimum length 20 mm). The machine is equipped with a 3-litre capacity container for batter, a cooking roller protected by a grid, a control panel consisting of a function selector and a digital display for setting and keeping the roller temperature constant.
