These automatic moulders are ideal for the mass production of hamburgers, medallions, sticks in round or special shapes, with adjustable weights, with red or white meat also mixed with other seasoning ingredients. High productivity: up to 2100 cycles/hour. All the hamburger maker models that are part of this line are equipped with a completely removable stainless steel tank and the components that come into contact with the meat or other doughs are approved for food, in compliance with the HACCP procedure.
Some models have an outfeed belt that can be connected to other automatic packaging systems. Maximum hygiene, ease of use in safety and cleanliness for the operators.
